Android hid-multitouch driver

Questions and discussions related to Inforce 6410Plus

My 6410Plus board doesn't work out of the box with my ELO touchscreen like other boards do. The display is fine, but the touch controller doesn't function. I suspect that this is due to not having the hid-multitouch driver.

Have you encountered this before? Do you have an Android build that has this driver?

Just checking for possible quick solutions before I start building Android with this driver. Thanks!

I would assume the display's electrical interface is HDMI and touch is enabled through USB. Thpugh the HID class is supported from the Linux kernel, it could be possible that elotouch has a separate touchscreen driver to enable touch on this device. Yes, you would need to include this driver in your build for the touchscreen funcationality to be enabled.
