Pull-up register for GPIO_60 and GPIO_61

Questions and discussions related to Inforce 6601™ development kit

by Manabu Igusa » Thu Jun 28, 2018 11:42 pm

Hardware Reference Manual (002803 Rev B, October 5, 2016) shows:
"PU to 1.8V" for GPIO_60 and GPIO_61 but no PU for GPIO_62 and GPIO_63.
Let me ask some questions.

(Q1) What is the purpose of these pull-up registers for GPIO_60 and GPIO_61?
(Q2) How much (what ohm) are these registers?
(Q3) Can I remove them? If yes, where are they located?

Can anybody answer them?

Hi Manabu,

GPIO60 and GPIO61 are i2c lines that are to be connected to an SMB charger IC if required. This is the reason they have pullups(2.2K ohm) on the board.

GPIO62 and 63 are CAM1_STANDBY_N(59) and CAM1_RST_N(49) respectively. This is connected to camera CSI2 port.
